Problem
In pay cheque to pay cheque living sometimes, people face the problem of getting low in living cost. When high-paid employees can solve that problem with credit cards, low-income (most of them are low-educated or non-educated) employees can’t even get a credit card. So their only option is to get a loan with high interest, which creates more problems for them. So Ogreem wanted to help those employees, and my goal was to create a solution that is easily accessible for employees and beneficial for employers.
Competitive Analysis
Although there aren’t any local competitors, but I analyzed some neighboring countries’ competitors. Some of them are Abhi, Refyne, and Jify.
Opportunity:

Pros:
Cons:
Challenges
Making an app for non-educated/ low-educated users.
Overcoming- We made the UI very simple, and we put single big CTA in the homepage that is withdrawing wage.
These low-paid employees sometimes quit their job without any notice. It will create some difficulties for employers if they try to withdraw advance salary after quitting without notice.
Overcoming- We added a friction to the journey. That is when user withdraw wage it have to be approved by his/her HR. Although it will be little painful for the user but it will give the customer (employer) a sense of security. That way employers will feel safe to buy & use the software.

Writing content for the app.
Overcoming- Because I’m not a content writer but in this project it was my responsibility. To overcome this challenge I got help from CEO of Ogreem Mr. Rahel and one of my friend & colleague Faheem Sayeed (an wonderful content writer).
Final Design
We created an MVP with a very simple UI. We had to keep in mind that it will be used by low-educated people so we didn’t want the to overwhelm with to much data. We also provided dual language for better experience.

Impact
For the time being an MVP has been launched. It already has 500+ downloads. We are observing our users to improve it more in the second launch.
